Partial Eviction Services
Being landlords ourselves; Flament Real Estate LLC understands the potential issues that can arise between Landlords and Tenants. We can represent you with most of your evictions issues. However, we understand some landlords are "hands on" and would rather be involved in some aspects of the eviction process. To that end, we also offer partial eviction services.
Our partial eviction services include:
- Completing and submitting the legal paperwork online or in person at the courthouse
Once the paperwork has been filed, we will notify you (the Landlord) with any scheduled court date(s). Using our Partial Eviction Services, you (the Landlord) will be attending court and representing yourself.
Our modest fee for the Partial Eviction service is only $99 per form filed.
(Price does not include eviction clean out on day of eviction. This service is required if tenant has not vacated the property before scheduled eviction day. Company recommendations can be provided).
Forms include but not limited to the following:
- Failure to pay rent (Tenant fails to pay rent and landlord seeks eviction & monetary damages)
- Tenant holding over (Tenant refuses to leave “hold over” and landlord seeks eviction & monetary damages)
- Tenant breaches lease (Tenant breaches lease. Owner seeks eviction for lease violation)
- Occupant refuses to leave/Wrongful Detainer (Occupant breaches lease. Landlord seeks eviction for violating lease. Action is taken against occupant who may have entered property with permission (roommate, family member) or without permission (squatter) but refuses to leave. Action taken by legal owner or holder of lease).
- Eviction/Warrant of Restitution (Eviction of tenant)
